Creating a demo from a mobile screenrecording

1. Record your demo on your mobile device

   • Most mobile device operating systems already include a screen recording functionality
   • Android: support.google.com/android/answer/9075928
   • iOS: support.apple.com/en-us/HT207935

2. Send the screen recording to your computer

   • Often, using a cloud storage service is the easiest option

3. Import the screen recording

   1. Once the video has been trasferred, right click the video you want to import, and select Copy
   2. Navigate to your DemoEasel installation, and open the ImportFrom directory
   3. In the ImportFrom directory, open the Videos directory
   4. Paste your video here

4. Create a new demo from the imported screen recording

   1. From the main menu, click New Demo
   2. Click Import... in the bottom right
   3. Click Import: Video
   4. Choose the video to import. If there is only one video in the Videos directory, the video will be chosen automatically
   5. Name your demo. It is recommended to use only ASCII characters in a demo name
   6. Click OK when finished
